Eligibility

Registration for the DHAAGA 2026 Annual Business Conclave is by invitation only. Each invitation link is personal and issued to a specific IFFCO Tokio General Insurance employee. You must not share, forward, or transfer your invitation link to anyone else. Only the person to whom the invitation was issued is eligible to register using that link.

By completing registration you confirm that you are the invited individual and that you are authorised to attend the conclave.

Accurate information

You are responsible for ensuring that all information you provide during registration — including your full name, designation, photograph, mobile number, food preference, T-shirt size, and travel dates — is accurate and up to date. This information is used operationally to produce your personalised event ID card, arrange catering, and plan logistics. Inaccurate information may result in delays or errors that affect your experience at the event.

If you need to correct any details after submitting your registration, please contact the organising team promptly at the address below.

Event photography

Photographs and video footage may be captured during the conclave by the official event crew. By attending DHAAGA 2026, and consistent with the photography consent you provide at registration, you acknowledge that such images or footage may appear in internal IFFCO Tokio General Insurance communications, including presentations, reports, intranets, and similar materials. They will not be used for external advertising or sold to third parties.

If you do not wish to be photographed, please note this in your registration or contact the organising team before the event.

Changes & cancellation

The organising team reserves the right to correct or remove registrations that do not meet eligibility requirements or that contain materially inaccurate information. Event details — including the agenda, speakers, and venue — are subject to change. Any material changes will be communicated to registered attendees by email in advance of the event.

In the event of a cancellation or significant rescheduling of the conclave, registered attendees will be notified by email as early as practicable.
