What we collect

When you register for the DHAAGA 2026 Annual Business Conclave, we collect the following personal information:

  • Full name
  • Corporate email address
  • Designation
  • Mobile number
  • Gender
  • Photograph (for your event ID card)
  • T-shirt size
  • Food preference
  • Travel dates (arrival and departure)
  • Special assistance requirements (optional)
  • Allergy information (optional)
  • Consents you provide at registration — specifically, your consent to event photography and your consent to receive event-related communications — each recorded with a timestamp.

Why we collect it

We collect this information solely to organise the DHAAGA 2026 conclave. Specifically:

  • Your name, designation, and photograph are used to generate your personalised event ID card.
  • Your food preference, T-shirt size, and travel dates help us plan catering, merchandise fulfilment, and logistics (arrivals, departures, and accommodation).
  • Special assistance requirements and allergy information allow us to make appropriate arrangements so that every attendee can participate comfortably and safely.
  • Your corporate email and mobile number are used to send you your registration confirmation, event updates, and any material changes to the programme.

We do not use your information for marketing, profiling, or any purpose unrelated to this event.

Where it lives and who can see it

Your data is stored on infrastructure hosted in the AWS Mumbai (ap-south-1) region and is encrypted at rest. Access is restricted to the DHAAGA 2026 event organising team on a need-to-know basis.

We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for commercial purposes. The only external service that receives your data is the email-delivery provider we use to send you registration confirmations and event communications — it receives your email address for that purpose only and is contractually bound to handle it securely.

How long we keep it

Your registration data is retained only for the duration of the event and its immediate administrative aftermath. All personal data will be permanently deleted within 90 days after the conclave concludes. We will not retain it beyond that period unless we are required to do so by law.

Your choices

You have the right to request a correction of any inaccurate information we hold about you, or to request deletion of your data before or after the event. To exercise either right, contact the organising team at the address below.

Your photography consent and communications consent are recorded at the time of registration, each with a timestamp. If you wish to withdraw a consent, please reach out to us and we will action your request as quickly as practicable given the operational timelines of the event.
